The events calendar will start on October 1 with the first race of the Laser Europa Cup. Considered one of the most popular
tournaments of its class, the Laser Europa Cup is a competition open to mariners of all ages and sailing crews of this category.

The diversity and quality of the participants of this competition is an excellent opportunity to test new tactics and sailing skills. The Youth Grand Prix competition of this award will also be held.

Meanwhile the Dragon class sailors will start competing as from October 28 with the 1st Dragon Winter Series 2011/12, organized by the Cascais Sailing Academy. The 2nd and 3rd tournament series will be held from November 18 and December 9 respectively. Also worth highlighting is the Christmas Regatta, light sailing class, which will be held on December 3 in Cascais Bay.
